We want you to love every cup. If your coffee is defective, the flavour notes don’t match what we promised, or you think you may have received a bad batch, we’re here to help.

Just email us at hello@loudcoffee.co with the subject line “Return”, and let us know what happened. We’ll work with you to either:

Refund your order once the goods are returned

Send a replacement of the same or similar product

Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the original goods are received and inspected. We’ll also conduct a full internal analysis of the batch to help prevent future issues.

As a thank you for your patience, we’ll send you a 20% discount code for your next retail order regardless of the resolution.

No Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on retail items or cancellations of Cloud Roast projects.

Return Conditions

Coffee must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened or mostly unused, and in original packaging.
